Fig. 5 shows a Solar-Thruster-Sailor carrier with 6 smaller STSés fixed to the carbon belts underneath it´s disc. When one of the smaller crafts should get disconnected, the sailor does a full turn with his "backside" to the sun. Since the smaller spacecrafts should have more specific weight in relation to their area as the carrier, the carrier would accelerate faster.
